Sam and Stephen have both been excellent coaches for my two sons. They have elevated the boys' soccer skills and game IQ to make them more competitive for their games. The variety of and volume of practices along with the great comunitication is why I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

About DOF Development

We are creating a space where steel sharpens steel - a training ground for players with serious goals to play the beautiful game at the highest collegiate divisions and beyond.

We welcome families committed to that journey:

1. Players who train at home and embrace all challenges, during practices and games.

2. Parents who support, show up, and are partners with their own parts in this process.

If you commit to the process, DOF commits to you.

3 Ways to Develop with DOF Program

1. Train & Play: as your primary team—compete, grow, and build within our full system.

2. Train & Guest Play:  Keep your current club, but guest play with DOF in select events or tournaments.

3. Just Train: Stay club-committed and use DOF to sharpen your skills with elite training on the side.

Our 3 Pillars of DOF

1. Hard Work & Dedication
We require discipline, physical-mental grit, and being a good teammate. Work hardest, play hardest!

2. Soccer IQ
Positioning, Timing, Tempo, we sharpen decision-making and teach players to read the game with precision. Every drill and scenario is designed to raise football intelligence.

3. Skills & Creative Identity

DOF Players must train technically at home to complement coach-led practices: to master the ball using both feet, all surfaces and max out on confidence.
