Coach Felix: Track & Field

brings years of high school track & field expertise to every practice. He has a talent for breaking down complex running techniques—stride, form, pacing—into clear, relatable terms.

 

And he doesn’t just describe drills, he demonstrates them, showing exactly what peak form looks like. With hands-on, real-time feedback, every session is immersive and easy to follow. In short, he doesn’t just tell athletes what to do—he shows them how to do it.
