Our goal is to produce not just players - but complete futballers
DOF Developmental Pathway
We are creating a space where steel sharpens steel - a training ground for players with serious goals to play the beautiful game at the highest collegiate divisions and beyond.
We welcome families committed to that journey:
1. Players who train at home and embrace all challenges, during practices and games.
2. Parents who support, show up, and are partners with their own parts in this process.
If you commit to the process, DOF commits to you.

The DOF In-Season Soccer Program runs from November to April, following a focused preseason in September and October. Players train multiple days a week and compete in the NSC 6v6 league with weekly games on Fridays or Saturdays. The season includes three sessions: Session 1 (Nov–Dec) ends with a 5v5 tournament, Session 2 (Jan–Feb) continues league play without a tournament, and Session 3 (Mar–Apr) wraps up with another 5v5 tournament. The program blends consistent training and small-sided competition to sharpen technical skills, decision-making, and game IQ.

Our flexible offseason schedule is perfect for families—players can train at a high level without missing out on summer vacations. Unlike traditional programs that dominate the summer calendar, DOF offers elite development while leaving room for family time and travel.
The DOF Offseason Program (May–August) focuses on individual development through high-repetition technical work and small-sided games. Players sharpen their skills - dribbling, passing, shooting - and in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 etc formats while building confidence, creativity, and quick decision-making.
In addition, summer sessions will cover particulars... position specific work as one example.
Sessions are designed to enhance technical abilities and Soccer IQ through consistant engagement and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
