Unlock the other side of your game

Ball Retention
& Recouperation

  • This high-energy week is built around left-foot development, intensity, and fun. Players will train to protect the ball under pressure and develop the urgency to win it back the moment it’s lost. Through competitive small-sided games, every session pushes hard work, quick reactions, and a desire to improve while keeping the atmosphere positive and exciting.

  • Why it Matters
Players who can keep possession and recover it quickly change the flow of the game. Ball retention gives them confidence and control, while recouping the ball teaches resilience, defensive pride, and the ability to launch quick attacks.
