Dynamic Players

Progress happens when everyone is committed. As a player, you're not a passenger, you're driving the mission.

At DOF, your journey is not handed to you - Here are ten ways that you drive your journey.

                         1.

Train Beyond the session

Commit to training consistently at home. DOF gives the tools & players choose to/how to use them.

                         2.

Play Free & Brave

Curiosity accelerates growth. Players who seek clarity and deeper understanding improve faster.

                              3.

Watch the game

Studying pros,  rewatching training clips, or analyzing their own footage sharpens decision making

                              4.

Come early & stay late

Use the extra minutes before and after to get touches, visualize, or connect with teammates.

                              5.

Reflect after Training

Think about what went well and what could be better. Self-awareness is a secret weapon.

                              6.

Embrace discomfort

Players who lean into their weaknesses and train through mistakes make the biggest leaps.

                           7.

Be a Connector

Lead vocally and through example. Build chemistry, push others, and elevate the group.

                         8.

Track your Progress

Keep a journal, track tech table reps, or set weekly goals. Ownership brings consitency

                         9.

Play Free & Brave

Creativity, boldness & grit, not perfection, shape a Dynamos. Dont be afraid to fail forward.

Live it Off the Field

Good habits, nutrition, sleep, juggling in the backyard, support everything done at DOF.

If you want to be an elite player, you must pay with sweat & grind!
Mom and dad cannot pay for your skills!

Judge how good you are after you’ve logged 10,000+ hours of training.

Messi trained 25–30 hours a week, combining La Masia sessions with nonstop informal play.

Henry played street football daily and trained 20+ hours weekly by age 13.

Yamal already racks up 20–25 hours weekly between Barça and extras at just 16.

Cole Palmer trained 5–6 days a week from age 9, often staying late on his own.

They didn’t wait to be elite — they trained like it first.
